Return To Earth LLC

A new farming practice producing a new category of local resources.

Larvae of the Black Soldier Fly are loaded with valuable nutrients making them a remarkable feeder insect for poultry, fish, and reptiles. Live feeders provide stimulation for bored hens when they are unable to forage, are fun in puzzle bowls, training tool for help keeping hens close to home. Innoculate small compost piles and watch the raptors move mountains for delicious wiggly grubs.
Our larvae are hatched and raised in small batches, in NE Ohio, on a balanced blend of safe & approved upcycled food ingredients. Throughout this zero-waste process, frass (larvae manure) and sheddings are harvested for their biological value.

From Table-back-to-Farm:

Closing the loop in the “Farm to Table” movement.
Our insect-based agricultural model supports a regenerative agri-food cycle- returning valuable nutrients to the Earth.
